I love using research and storytelling to improve people’s lives. In my career as a personal trainer and yoga instructor, I do this work through conversation, encouragement, and evidence-based program design.
As a writer, I use words to help people open their hearts, achieve their goals, and organize their thoughts. Whether I’m writing an in-depth article about yoga for a content marketing client or interviewing a nonprofit change maker in my work with MegaVoice, I approach writing with equal parts data and delight.
